Board & Budget

Regular Board meetings are held on the second Monday of the month in the school library at 7:00 pm at 1100 NE Oaken Hills Drive, Willamina, Oregon unless otherwise posted on the agenda from the prior meeting.  

Other special sessions, executive sessions, work sessions or emergency sessions may be held by the Board of Directors with meeting notification being posted 24 hours in advance in accordance with Oregon Revised Statute pertaining to Open Public Meeting Laws.

All regular, special, and emergency meetings of the Board are open to the public unless as otherwise provided by law.

Intent to Speak:  Citizen input on non-agenda items shall be three (3) minutes per person/thirty (30) minutes per item.  Citizen input on agenda items will occur after the Board discussion and before a vote. Speakers may provide objective comments or criticism of district operations and programs. For complaints about individuals the district has a board policy and complaint process, please contact the district office for guidance on filing a complaint. 

If you intend to speak at a board meeting on a non-agenda item we ask that you fill out this form before doing so.  If you are going to attend the meeting virtually and would like your question read please email the form to the board secretary, April Johnson (april.johnson@willamina.k12.or.us) no later than 24 hours before the meeting. If you are attending in person you must submit the form to the board secretary before the meeting is called to order.  

Budget Committee:  Interested persons can inquire at the District Office (503-876-1500) or by filling out the Budget Committee Application linked below. Applicants must reside in our School District boundaries for at least one year and be a registered voter.
